The Society was a villainous organization created by Gorilla Grodd as a way to organize criminals, in order to aid Brainiac's impending invasion.
History
Catwoman infiltrated the group as a mole for Batman in order to discover their plan. Promised world domination, the Society members worked under Grodd until they finally realized that, when Brainiac had finished invading, he planned to blow up the Earth, making their assistance pointless.
