Lady Clay is a clay-like supervillain operating in Gotham City.
History
Sondra Fuller was drawn to the Kobra Cult by a need of acceptance, who transformed her into Lady Clay.[1] She later claimed she was the product of the Department of Metahuman Affairs, not Kobra. This was at the height of speculation on the "Superman Theory" and was used to give credence the idea that the United States government was responsible for creating large numbers of meta-humans after the debut of Superman.[2]
