Sookaroth was a Mygorg slave master and enemy of the resistance fighter Starfire.

Sookaroth hailed from an alien species known as the Mygorg. Like many of his Mygorg brethren, he was a slave owner and operated on a nameless planet, in an unknown star system. Many years ago, Sookaroth took possession of an infant child known only as Starfire. He raised Starfire as a slave, with the intention of one day making her his human bride when she came of age.

When Starfire was eighteen-years-old, she befriended a warrior priest named Dagan. Dagan helped Starfire escape from Sookaroth's clutches, and the two fled into the surrounding valley. Sookaroth mounted a search expedition for the two, and eventually caught up with Dagan. He tortured Dagan extensively, ultimately killing him in the process.

Prior to his unfortunate demise, Dagan had formed a passionate relationship with Starfire, and trained her extensively in the arena of hand-to-hand combat. Starfire was devastated when she learned of Dagan's fate and returned to the citadel of Mollachon where she slew Sookaroth. Sookaroth was but the first of many Mygorg slavers to fall beneath Starfire's blade in the years to come.
