Synopsis for "Ghosts In The Machine - Part 3: One World Wired"

Richard Redditch continues to disrupt people's minds through the radio and TV, but Spectre learns the nature of the threat thanks to Madame Xanadu. While the police continue looking for the serial killer, Spectre enters the electric network of New York and manages to delay Redditch's plans by interfering and making him lose control over his mind-controlled minions. Redditch realizes he is going to need a different plan of action and he gets a personal computer with which he intends to take over the world.
