Synopsis for "Ghosts In The Machine - Part 4: The Million Kill"

Using a computer, Richard Redditch attacks several thousand people who were using electrical devices and turns them into his slaves, taking their consciousness to the electrical grid system and leaving their bodies in a catatonic mental state.

After learning the nature of the new opponent, Spectre tells Corrigan to summon Cryptica Crimes Limited and send them to investigate the strange situation of mind controlled zombies. Pete Quarral and Praxis join the investigation and Spectre goes looking for the source of the attack.

Travelling through the electrical system, Spectre tracks down Redditch, who notices Spectre's presence and sends his minions to stop him. Spectre avoids them and manages to reach Redditch, but the evil madman blocks him from reaching his physical location. Spectre then uses the electric grid to allow Corrigan to tell Quarral and Praxis the location of the madman by radio. As Spectre keeps fighting the electric minions, Quarral and Praxis break into Redditch's place and they shoot at him, as he intended to attack them. Redditch is dead, but his consciousness is transported into the electric grid.
