Spy Smasher. It premiered in 1942.
Synopsis for "2700 Degrees Fahrenheit"
Spy Smasher had jumped off the car before it went over the bridge and blew up.
The spy who'd been driving the car gets picked up by one of his compatriots, leading Spy Smasher and Jack to tail him to a pottery works. They find the spies disguising the stolen gold as ordinary bricks to covertly ship them out of the United States. Jack stays to make sure they don't escape with their ill-gotten gains while Spy Smasher drives to a nearby town to find a phone and call Admiral Corby for backup. He's caught by a plant worker while sneaking out, but after a fight knocks his assailant into the machinery.
Corby gets the call while he's being interviewed by Drake, and even though Drake obligingly leaves the room, his bugged TV camera passes along to the Mask that they've been discovered. A running battle begins between Jack, a returned Spy Smasher and the Mask's men at the plant. One of them sneaks up on Spy Smasher and topples a load of bricks onto the hero. This knocks him out and gets the automated tram he was taking cover in to start going, and it rolls into the plant's furnace.
