Synopsis for Robotman: "Cans, Crime & Coffee"
Tommy's pop tells him not to go out, because the men he saw pulling a holdup yesterday may be looking for him, but Tommy ignores him. Meanwhile, Paul (Robotman) Dennis tells Robbie (Robotdog) that in a local neighbourhood, kids are mistreating dogs, and gives him a high frequency whistle only dogs can hear.
Tommy hits Robbie with a bottle and plans to tie a can to his tail, but the crooks he saw last night grab him. Robotdog chases them to a deserted coffee-roastery, but is knocked out. When he comes to, he's too weak, so he tells Tommy to blow the whistle to call a dog and then tie a can to the dog's tail.
Robotman goes to check on Robbie and sees a dog with a can tied to its tail. Recognising it from Flagg's Coffee - the deserted refinery - he realises it's a message from Robbie and races there. The fight is going in Robotman favour, but one of the crooks pours coffee grounds into his joints so he can't move. Robbie tells him to use the beer they were drinking to wash the coffee off and that he jammed the door with his missing ear, so they didn't get away. After the crooks are captured, Robotdog tells Tommy to be good, and he replies that he now knows that a dog is man's best friend.
