Synopsis for The War that Time Forgot: "War on Dinosaur Island"
The Flying Boots have been ordered to bring a repaired tank onto the battle front on Dinosaur Island. Along the way their PT-Boat is attacked by a giant sea serpent forcing them to use the tank to blast it away. Arriving on the island, the group reflect on how they continued to try and impress their commanding officer Zig-Zag Zack to hire them into his circus after the war is over. After a display where they used a tight rope to shoot down a Japanese plane, they themselves are also shot down by Zig-Zag Zack when he tells them that incorporating an act like that in the circus would be impractical and costly.
Traveling through the island, the Flying Boots are attacked by a Stegosaurus who knocks their tank off a cliff on onto the back of a Brontosaurus. Before the Bronto can do anything, they are grabbed by a Tyrannosaurus Rex who is then knocked over by a Pterodactyl that flies off with them in it's claws. When the Pterodactyl clashes with another flying Dinosaur, the trio are dumped out of the tank and send falling to the ground below.
They manage to avoid injury by using their acrobatic skills to land safely in the tree tops. Traveling across the trees they find Zig-Zag Zack unconscious, hanging from a tree by his parachute. Carrying Zack across the island, and fighting off numerous threats, the Flying Boots attempt to get Zig-Zag Zack to come around and witness what happened. Ultimately, they end up landing in a Pterodactyl's nest, and when it's owner carries them out to sea, they shoot it to death and use the nest as a makeshift boat.
Rescued and taken back to shore, the group turn Zig-Zag Zack to a doctor who cautions them that Zig-Zag might not remember anything that happened on the island. Much to their dismay, when Zack does recover he does not recall the details of his daring rescue.
