History

On Valentine's Day in 2007, Star was at the Talon in Smallville, where she encountered Lois Lane. Wanting to help Lois to find love, Star gave her a lipstick made from Red Kryptonite, that would make her fall in love with the first man she saw.

The next day Jimmy Olsen, a friend of Lois, came to Star's store and informed her that the lipstick was having negative effects on Lois. Star gave him an antidote, but also expressed a conviction that the attraction between Lois and Clark Kent might not simply be brought on by the lipstick.
