The Star City Youth Recreational Center was a facility to provide the youth of Star City with activities and entertainment.
History
The youth center became a highly controversial place when children who stayed there began to go missing, resulting in government officials cutting funding and shutting it down. It was then reopened and personally funded by Stanley Dover, who was using it as a means to abduct and murder children for his occult purposes. After Stanley's death it was left to Oliver Queen in his will. Following The Amsterdam Disaster the state of the center is unknown.
