Synopsis for "Rivals (Part 2)"
Kirk's meddling has caused the Nara'Gi leader to cancel the treaty between his people and the Federation. Stonn is furious with Kirk and collapses due to ill health, reluctantly allowing McCoy to medicate him. Sepora believes Stonn is being poisoned by T'Ariis, while T'Ariis informs Spock that Sepora is poisoning her father. T'Ariis engineers Dalen's escape from prison and Kirk tries to make amends with the Nara'Gi. Stonn collapses again and will die within a matter of days, but not from poison. T'Ariis and Dalen escape to 'Gi aboard a transport.
