Starlings are miniature versions of Evil Star that possess superhuman strength and invulnerability, and are under his complete control.
History
Each Starling has its own Starband replica, but isn't clear if these has the same power-levels.

- Invulnerability: They can resist to energy projected by Evil Star's Starband.
- Energy Absorption: They can drain out all the energy of a Green Lantern Power Ring in seconds.
- Self-Sustenance
Weaknesses
- Starlings need direct commands from Evil Star to function, and they become directionless if he is unconscious.
