Steve Moncuse (b. August 9, 1957) is a comic book artist.

Moncuse is a writer and cartoonist best known for creating Fish Police, and years of inking for Marvel Comics in the 90s. His contributions to DC are limited to the inks on Blue Devil's profile in Who's Who in the DC Universe #9.
