Steve Trevor was an American spy investigating the Atlantis/Amazon war.

History

In the alternate timeline created by Barry Allen, Steve Trevor had infiltrated New Themyscira after Wonder Woman and her army of Amazons had captured the British Isles, searching for Lois Lane, a Daily Planet reporter who had been in New Themyscira for a few months. Steve was pursued by Amazons until he was captured by Wonder Woman and forced with the Lasso of Truth to reveal who he is and what his purpose was on the island. Afterward, Wonder Woman strangled Steve to death by hanging him high above the ground with the Lasso of Truth.
