Col. Steve Trevor was an Air Force pilot and Wonder Woman's love interest.
History
Over the course of his career, he was an astronaut in the United States military and a secret agent for the secret organization S.O.S. (Spy-on-Spy). During his time as an agent, he went by the name "Steve Howard" after the goddess Aphrodite restored him to life.[1]
A few years later, Steve worked with Major Diana Prince at the United States Military Intelligence Headquarters. During this period, Darkseid impersonated Steve Trevor in an attempt to seduce Wonder Woman.[2]

- This version of the character is exclusive to the continuity of the television series Super Friends and its tie-in comic book series: Super Friends (Volume 1), Super Powers (Volume 1), Super Powers (Volume 2) and Super Powers (Volume 3). It is an adaptation of Steve Trevor. The original character was created by William Moulton Marston and Harry G. Peter and first appeared in All-Star Comics #8.
