Sthula was a member of the Circle.
History
When one of the member of the Circle, Prana died while trying to control Superman's mind, his wife Zahara swore revenge on the Man of Steel and Concussion took this responsibility. He attacked Superman while he was talking to Joseph Morgan, Catherine Grant ex-husband. The attack seriously injured Joseph and left his son Adam Grant scared. This angered Superman who stopped holding back and quickly put an end to the fight. Concussion was subsequently arrested.[1]
Charger would free Concussion from prison and he, alongside the Circle, would disappear altogether.[2]
