- If I'm going to get woken up ten minutes before I went to bed because she-who-must-be-obeyed saw the four hundredth dawn of the day then so are they. Misery loves company.

Synopsis for "A Finer World (Part 2 of 3)"
After bringing Hellstrike and Fahrenheit to his office, Jackson grills them for shutting off their communications fetishes to have their tryst. Although furious, Jackson leaves them off on a warning.
Meanwhile, Apollo and Midnighter take shelter at an abandoned police station. They discuss what the Nevada Garden is before deciding to begin their investigation the next morning.
The next day, Christine has downloaded all of Henry Bendix's secret files to Jackson's computer and the Watch Hall. Jackson and Christine learn from Watch Hall operator Mugabe that they have traced Apollo and Midnighter in which (after hacking into America's security traffic) they had broken into a NSA station. According to Mugabe, they had logged into a workstation to view classified files relating to the Nevada Gardens. Jackson soon briefs the team in which he informs them about Henry Bendix's secret StormWatch team and the arms trafficking raided by Apollo and Midnighter, in which it was being transported by American intelligence officials and its goods obtained from the Engineer's nanotech Nevada Garden that can grow anything. He surmised the rogue superhumans have discovered the Garden's existence and StormWatch must intercept them before they reach the Gardens for whatever reasons they want.
Five years ago, StormWatch Zero are sent on a "holding action on a rogue state" in which they are assigned to steal research information and cripple illegal development. They break into a desert facility and quickly find out their mission is far from what they are told, in which the guards are grotesquely enhanced people. Although perturbed the team continued on their mission. After fighting through the guards they come across a large steel door. Upon opening it, they see inside which horrifies them. Then without warning, Amaze is fatally shot in the head.
