History
The Stormguards are Project Cadmus clones of the first James Harper clone made on the earth Black Zero originates from, created after stealing his body following his murder. While the man they were cloned from opposed the project and despised the actions of Paul Westfield the clones were carefully created without any free will and ingrained loyalty to Westfield and Dabney Donovan and were instrumental in the murders of the Justice League and any others who resisted Cadmus' brutal subjugation of their original earth and at least five others across the multiverse.[1][2][3]
Notes
They are DNAliens but on their earth Donovan and Westfield labeled these creations as "Genetix" rather than DNAliens.
