Stormwatch: Post Human Division #13 is an issue of the series Stormwatch: Post Human Division (Volume 1) with a cover date of October, 2008.
Synopsis for "StormFront"
After Earth is devastated by the High's Reaper clones, Stormwatch survived the fallout and has sworn to fix their planet. Thanks to tech and weapons expert Link, Skywatch III is able to charge up using solar energy. This has become an issue because Jackson King has been draining the station's power at accelerated rates trying to get as many survivors off the planet's surface and onto the space station. With Christine Trelane at his side, they must prioritize which areas to help first.
King sends down Team Omega which consists of Deathblow, Flint, and Fahrenheit, to help liberate slaves from a fortified camp on the edge of Lake Superior that still provides fresh water. After the team took down the gunmen and freed the survivors, Gaia Rothstein suddenly makes her appearance and attacks. Gaia is the first recognized century baby (other than Jenny Quantum) but was driven mad by the destruction of the world and became a force of nature that manifested into the form of a giant plant-like monster. Team Omega and the former slaves are quickly teleported to Skywatch III, stranding behind the slave drivers to Gaia's mercy in which she steps on them. Gaia places her dead pet goldfish near the lake. Once back on the station, Team Omega takes a well deserved break.
Back on Earth in North Korea, a super-powered dictator called Paragon execute a group of Chinese men accused for transgressing into his nation to pillage and rape. The local populace are left in Paragon's debt in which they sacrificed one of their own to him, who drinks the woman's blood.

Synopsis for "Lynch: One Last Thing - Chapter 4"
John Lynch confronts Tao and his men. Tao reveals to Lynch that he is only a hologram and he acknowledges that Lynch would come looking for him just as he knew Armageddon was coming. What matters now is the old world has been swept aside, in which Tao and his army of associates are planning to shape a new one in his image.
Tao then taunts Lynch to try and stop him after deeming him a worthy yet not too powerful opponent. After Tao delivered his challenge, Lynch sets off a beacon to the surviving members of Team 7 in order to reunite the team to stop Tao.
