Stormwatch: Post Human Division #14 is an issue of the series Stormwatch: Post Human Division (Volume 1) with a cover date of November, 2008.
Synopsis for "Storm Front"
Dr. Robert Tanaka, one of Stormwatch's surface intel agents, sacrificed his life to teleport a Korean baby girl and notes to Skywatch III before he is killed by Paragon and his fellow North Korean superhumans Virtuous Maiden and Might of the People. His notes notified their existence to Stormwatch in which they discover that these three superhumans - who are riddled with design flaws due to North Korea's technological blockade - recharge themselves by cannibalizing the people that follow them; according to Tanaka's intel, the superhumans consumed one person every ten days. Stormwatch also learned that the entire population of North Korea survived Armageddon by taking shelter into bunkers cut into the mountain ranges bordering China and Russia, and now they are the largest, best equipped, and motivated army on the planet.
Jackson King decides that there is no point to negotiate with the North Koreans as Tanaka had tried to reason with them that led to his death. He send Team Alpha which consists of Fuji, Hellstrike, and Winter to neutralize the North Korean superhumans and bring them back to Skywatch.
Team Alpha manages to defeat them as their bodies soon lose their energy. But to their surprise the citizens come to defend their so-called heroes, claiming that they are willing to give up their lives to their heroes for the good of their country. King reluctantly orders Team Alpha to stand down and return to Skywatch. However, King and Christine Trelane decide to proceed with "Plan B."
Christine is sent to Pyongyang and gets the attention of Paragon and the others. She then offers them a proposition to join Stormwatch and find an alternate energy source for them in exchange for North Korea's help to save millions of lives. But they refuse her offer, claiming that only the strong should survive now and that they will not stop their ways. Christine is displeased to hear this before revealing that her offer is a trap. Link activates Skywatch's teleporters to transport Paragon, Virtuous Maiden, and Might into cold space where they perish instantly.
Christine regrets what she did but King felt there was no other way. They assess that Skywatch will not be able to hold many more refugees. To King's surprise, Christine suggests that they talk to the Authority.

Synopsis for "Dane: Loyalties - Chapter 4"
Jackson Dane makes his way to the throne room of Kabras, who thinks Dane is purposely committing suicide to bring him down. But Dane reveals him wrong, in which he brings out the head of the Gorgon and petrifies all of Kabras' minions into stone. Before Dane can turn the Gorgon's head on Kabras, Hellstrike appears and teleports himself and Dane to Skywatch.
Dane expressed his displeasure to Jackson King for ruining his chance to kill Kabras and that he never gave Stormwatch the evacuation signal. It is revealed that Dane was working with Stormwatch to draw the Night Tribes in one place with Kabras alive to keep them there. When Dane asks why, Jackson asks why Dane wanted a favor from him in the first place. Their powers prevent them from reading each other's mind so neither one divulges their plans. King then fulfills Dane's favor by teleporting him to the ruins of Roanoke, Virginia where he begins his search for John Lynch.
