Synopsis for "March or Die!"

Pickney and Golovin examines the wreckage of Steel Scarab's aircraft in which Santini orders them to guard it until Tefibi examine it after everything in the Security Council Conference Room is settled. They then hear sound of a "SHABOOM" and they hope the rest of their team got everything under control.

The garishly dressed superhero tries to introduce himself to Team Achilles, who are currently engaged in combat with the super powered terrorists. Jukko tells the young hero to leave before he gets someone hurt, but the superhero just laughs and says that's exactly what he came to do. The superhero jumps into the fight in a haphazard way that leaves Jukko, the terrorist, and the hostages injured by wooden splinters. Jukko subdues the terrorist, who is then executed by the superhero by shooting his eye-lasers into his head. Jukko chastises the superhero for his action, but the superhero is very dismissive of what he did before leaving to "help someone who needs it," ignoring what Jukko meant is helping the wounded hostages.

Jukko talks to Santini over comms, informing him about the "cape" that has butted in. The "hero" battles the Bloody Hand of Jihad's leader, Hassan I-Sabbah, but winds up hurting Jukko and some of the hostages. I-Sabbah then informs his opponents that he is only stalling them until his transportation has "put herself together." He tells his unseen accomplice to confuse everyone in which he then escapes in some type of sub-space teleportation.

With the terrorists escaped, Santini informs emergency responders to help the hostages. Luis Cisco is among the wounded, but he will live. Santini goes to talk to the superhero, whom he knows as Giant. He knows his secret identity is Peter Moran, his age is 17, a NYC resident, and his parents. Santini knows all of this is because he is Stormwatch's Weatherman who have all of Henry Bendix's records on SPBs, including those he put the augmentations into Giant. He then intimidates Giant that he knows about the "shut-off switch" that Bendix built into Giant and would not hesitate to activate if he harms any of his people. Giant is convinced to leave and from ever coming near Stormwatch's operations again. But Santini privately reveals that he was bluffing about the shut-off switch.

Tefibi examines the Scarab's aircraft and finds out that the terrorists were being provided with cutting edge technology. He pulls out the computer records, including the Scarab's contact numbers to his benefactor, and reveals the benefactor's identity to Santini: Ivana Baiul.

Santini returns to interrogate Hamat for Baiul's location. But suddenly he is teleported away before telling Tefibi to trace his signal and send back up. He finds himself staring at the United Nations "Special" Security Council, the true power holders of the United Nations. One of the council members sitting in the shadows offers Santini the chance for him and his team to work for them, or they will all be killed if he declines. He further reveals that the Special Council is mainly responsible for financing Stormwatch and not the full UN General Assembly, whom they deride as backward Third World nations. Currently, they are not pleased with the new Stormwatch as they have never approved it, and Santini never asked them. Santini realizes they are responsible for setting up the attack on the UN and thereby in league with Ivana Baiul, since they know about Project Entry; in which only Santini, Coleman, Cisco, and Baiul who know what happened to Project Entry.

Santini then threatens the Council that he is far from helpless, as he informs them he already planned this out. He has his tracking signal embedded in his knee, Tefibi discovered the existence of the Council's room a month ago in the UN's computer files, his team have been waiting to get the Council all in one place, and lastly Stormwatch's Project Entry portal is not a teleporter that can be electronically block. Jukko and Jaeger Weiss come in through a Project Entry portal and stand behind Santini. The Councilman tells Santini that killing them will be their death warrant. But Santini is unfazed and replies that the Councilmen were killed several hours ago by the terrorists whom they hired. He then orders Jukko and Jaeger to open fire on the Councilmen. With this done, Santini states they need to find Baiul and wrap everything up for good.
