• The hydra in the first story is not the mythological creature, but a Real World aquatic creature. You knew, didn't you?
• In the Space Museum story:
  • The element 134 is named gagnite; in the real world, element 134 is referred to as untriquadium and has not yet been discovered.
  • While the present in the history of the Space Museum is the 25th century, the century in which Barney Gordon had his adventures is unknown, but obviously not before the 22nd Century. In Barney Gordon's time, human beings have already reached the cosmos and established interplanetary colonies.
