Streaky was a Kryptonite-powered cat.
History
Streaky gained superpowers after exposure to Kryptonite that had been treated with chemicals and electrocuted. He tried to blow up Supergirl's school, and then escaped in a space rocket when he was stopped. He then decided to make Supergirl his pet, saying he found her interesting.
