- Stuart Mosely was created by Keith Giffen, Tom Bierbaum, and Mary Bierbaum, first appearing in The Heckler #1. However, Stuart Mosely first appeared as part of Prime Earth continuity in One-Star Squadron #1 by Mark Russell and Steve Lieber.
