Synopsis for "Katana in The Fall of Castle Markov"

Katana, Prince Markov and the Suicide Squad are kidnapped by King Kobra in Castle Markov. Captain Boomerang breaks free from his binds which Katana notices and they distract the Kobra Cult long enough for the other members of the Squad to break free and rebel against their captors.

Katana kicks her Soultaker Sword out of Lady Eve's hand and straight into the air. She uses this moment to debilitate Eve and uses the plummeting sword to sever her bindings. The Prince assists in the fighting and it looks like the Squad and Katana are winning until King Kobra pulls out a device which he aims at Battleaxe and causes her implant to explode, killing her.

The Squad all agree to retreat to a getaway truck which takes the refugees to a secret base prepared by the Prince. Katana soon finds Anna and her cat which had passed away in the fight, Enchantress notices this and resurrects the cat before Harley Quinn irritates Katana causing her to leave for the stock rooms. Using what she can find, Katana forges a new outfit that is more light-weight and rejoins the Squad for a strategy meeting where they decide to take the battle to Kobra.

Elsewhere, King Kobra visits a comatose girl and the doctor looking over her, he shows Dr. Jace an example of the powers Kobra have granted the girl.

Back in the hidden base, Katana shows Enchantress the souls within her sword and she questions one of the Kobra men who reveal plans for a specific radio frequency. Katana does not realise that retrieving the sword is the Squad's true goal.

Atop a nearby hill the Squad send falsified signal for Kobra to pick them up however the Kobra command identify that there are no identification implants so they send a drone to scorch the hilltop.

Synopsis for "Deadshot: The Wrong Man"

The new Deadshot (Will Evans) and the Suicide Squad have infiltrated a Red Marketplace, a convention of crime, to assassinate a cartel leader. One of Waller's crew, Olivia, commands the mission from an escape helicopter but Will goes awry once the kill command is given - he ruthlessly kills their marks while reflecting on his past with Floyd Lawton who stole his origin.

As Will goes to kill the targets, Waller warns him that she wanted them alive and orders the other members of the Squad to stop him; El Diablo creates a fire tunnel but Will shoots him. As Will becomes more erratic and deviating from the mission, Olivia conferences Waller and goes to detonate his neck bomb, Waller reveals that he has no implant as he volunteered to spite Lawton, this proves to be a fatal decision as Will shoots Olivia and causes the helicopter to crash and burn.
