Synopsis for "Practice to Deceive"

Captain Boomerang has had a home in New Orleans and he has been using the equipment of Mirror Master to commit crimes. Harkness sees a couple of drunk mean and he attempts to rob them. These two men were undercover cops and Manhunter was close to the scene as well. Manhunter catches Mirror Master and takes him to Belle Reve.

Amanda Waller immediately forces Mirror Master to be used as an asset. She threatens to unmask Mirror Master if he does not comply. She puts an exploding bracelet on Mirror Master and a briefing of a new enemy starts with the team. The new enemy is an organized crime syndicate called the LOA. It bases itself on Voodoo rituals and religion. The plan is to attack the LOA at night. After the briefing, Mirror Master needs to change his clothes to Digger Harkness. Digger wraps up the arm bracelet in a cast and tells Amanda Waller he can't go on the mission because of a sprain. Amanda Waller compels Captain Boomerang onto the team. The Suicide Squad is separated into two teams. One includes Captain Boomerang and the other includes Mirror Master. Mr. Harkness keeps changing from one identity to the other until his team starts to turn into green zombies from Voodoo Magic. Each team loses members to the Zombie magic while Harkness keeps moving from team to the other. A Bocor from the LOA startles Harkness and he begs for his life. Then Amanda Waller comes to the scene and explains that the Bocor was Bronze Tiger and every zombie was part of Task Force X. This scenario was revenge for Harkness hiding his illicit activities while working for the Suicide Squad.

In reality, the LOA exist and wanted to convince Amanda Waller that they did not exist.
