Synopsis for "Death Game"
Cherie and John Chase are attacked by ninjas. They are able to give the keyword Anaconda over the phone to Sarge Steel before the both of them get overtaken by the ninjas.
At Belle Reve, Amanda Waller has come back from Checkmate's attempt to kidnap her. Amanda Waller assigns Duchess, Shade the Changing Man, Count Vertigo & Vixen to ill Dr. Megala.
At Koning Industries, Peacemaker and Major Force continue to battle. During the battle, Harry Stein decides to evacuate Dr. Megala and assigns Val Vostock and Black Thorn to convince Gen. Eiling to band together. The Suicide Squad comes in to either kill or kidnap Dr. Megala. The group separates in the building and the first to find Dr. Megala is Count Vertigo who decides to kill Dr. Megala. Dr. Megala explodes and almost kills Count Vertigo. Vixen assumes this Dr. Megala was fake.
At wherever Gen. Eiling is hiding, he is found and threatened by Black Thorn. He is coerced into calling Checkmate.
Captain Atom is not where Gen. Eiling is. He gets visited by Nightshade and King Faraday. They start explaining about what is happening with the Janus Directive and want him to get involved.
In space, the Chases are brought to the Kobra Cult and they are revealed to be behind the Janus Directive.
