Sumaan Harjavti is the brother of the former Bialyan dictator Rumaan Harjavti.

History

After the Justice League International lost its UN sanction, Sumaan hatched a plot to depose the current dictator of Bialya, the Queen Bee, by playing her against the JLI. His plan succeeded, and Sumaan followed in his brother's footsteps as the leader of Bialya, while the Queen Bee lost her throne -- and all of her mind-wiped drones.
