Scarecrow is back and armed with Fear Transmitters. Batman, controlling himself to overcome the fear, pursues Scarecrow until an alley. When he is aware about where he is, the Caped Crusader stops the chase and begins to repeat: "No! This place!" Scarecrow flees. Robin finds Batman in deep tears.
