Super Powers Collection #16 is an issue of the series Super Powers Collection (Volume 1) published in 1984.
Synopsis for the 1st Story
Mantis traps Superman inside his power pod, which transfers the Man of Steel's powers to the villain. He changes the Statue of Liberty's features to look like Darkseid's. Firestorm figures out that if he has Superman's powers, Mantis must also have his weaknesses, and creates kryptonite to render him helpless.
