Superboy #134 is an issue of the series Superboy (Volume 1) with a cover date of December, 1966.
Synopsis for "The Scoundrel of Steel!"
On Earth-One, Superboy grows up as the adopted son of Martha and Jonathan Kent. He matures quickly, and is presented with his distinctive blue and red costume; beginning his career as Superboy - the world's greatest hero.
On Earth-134, Superboy's first patrol encounters a Red Kryptonite meteor, which causes him to become a delinquent whenever he is near any kind of rock. Rioting inmates take over the island of Alcatraz, and rather than subdue them, Superboy pushes the entire rock to the mainland; freeing them. Pa Kent asks him to help move stones, and rather than do so, Superboy flies into Clark Kent's classroom, terrifies the teacher, and destroys the schoolhouse. Flying to the Rock of Gilbraltar, Superboy lifts and drops the entire land mass into the midst of a massive navy.
His bad deeds over and 48 hours having passed, Superboy returns to his heroic self and forgets his evil ways. In the mean time, Pa Kent has informed the F.B.I. of Clark Kent's dual identity and they wait at the ruins of the Smallville schoolhouse, where Superboy voluntarily submits to arrest. Because he genuinely does not remember his delinquent days, Superboy is given one last chance, which he uses to rebuild the school and undo the geographic damage that he had wrought.
But ultimately, Superboy of Earth-134 leaves the planet to escape the infamy associated with his name.

Synopsis for "Krypto's First Love"
This story is reprinted from Superboy #87.
Krypto falls in love with a female dog named Kolli from the planet Mogar whom he saves from a space capsule. He takes her to a pool of water which gives her super-powers when she drinks from it, but learns that emanations from her now-powerful body have stolen his own powers. Thus, both Krypto and Kolli must separate, pining for each other helplessly for many days to come.
