Synopsis for "Going Mental"

Amanda Spence reports in full battle gear to her employers, promising them that she will deliver Superboy to them.

Superboy is having fun playing with Tana Moon on the beach. Roxy Leech, down over knowing that Superboy doesn't love her, tells them to come along if they want to see her dad off. Because of The Final Night, Rex has looked hard at his life and has decided to try and undo some of the wrongs he has committed. He leaves indefinitely after saying his good-byes. After he's gone, Tana decides to go to work and Dubbilex prepares a lesson for SB. The Kid tries to talk to Roxy, but she just wants to be left alone since he doesn't seem capable of returning her love for him.

Superboy starts his lesson with Dub, but is distracted by his women troubles. Dub tries to offer advice, but is suffering from a severe headache. Suddenly, he psi blasts Superboy clear out of The Compound. The Kid goes back, only to be blasted again by another mental attack. Roxy walks in and tells Superboy to stand aside, that she'll handle the situation. She confronts Dub, who is standing motionless in the center of the room, hie raw mental powers bulging, and starts to tak to him, reminding him who he really is. Dubbilex snaps out of his trance, fully in control of his powers which have completaly returned.

Just as they try and get everything back to normal, Amanda and a squad of heavily armed men storm in.
