Synopsis for "Where Do We Go? Part 1"

Supergirl remembers the time when she felt Krypton rumbling before its destruction and feels just like then, she has no idea of how vulnerable she is like she had no idea of Krypton being vulnerable. She feels better since being freed from the Batman Who Laughs' infection, but suddenly notices a hurricane landing near a Florida town. Initially believing she is back in Smallville with the robots she fought earlier, Kara realizes it's a hallucination. Krypto soon finds her again and she apologizes for attacking him while she was infected.

As the hurricane nears landfall, Kara and Krypto get caught in the strong wind, but she protects the dog from being hit by a house's roof shed. As she checks upon a house, she begins hallucinating about Krypton again and flies out of its roof. She soon comes back to her senses and goes back to check if she didn't injure anyone. In Washington D.C., General Barnes watches the video of her destroying the roof of the house and tells her subordinate that Supergirl is destroying property, deciding to deal with her herself.

Kara after finding two young girls learns that their parents had went on a vacation but were unable to return. The elder girl refuses to leave so they can find them when they come back and Kara starts hallucinating about being blamed of killing by her own self. After regaining her senses, she decides to bring them necessary supplies which will last for a while and leaves Krypto to safeguard them. While returning to their house, Kara hallucinates the Batman Who Laughs who ask if she's real herself. As she tries to leave and states she'll help find the girls' parents if they need them to, she hallucinates Hanna who states that their parents died like hers and she had almost killed her parents as well.

As she tells Krypto that they need a better way to find the people in the path of the hurricane, she gets knocked out of the sky. She is soon confronted by General Barnes who is decked in Lex Luthor's warsuit and holds the injured Krypto in her hands, warning her to surrender to the United States Army.
