Synopsis for the 1st Story
The eight delinquents of Big City manage to break out of jail in spite of the presence of Colossal Boy.
Meanwhile in the space, Brainiac 5 goes ahead with his plan to bring Dream Girl back to life. Apparently his attempt fails and he attacks his teammates in his fury. Dream Girl's soul stops him, though. Somehow she has been linked to him.
In the meantime, Supergirl, Triplicate Girl, Phantom Girl and Princess Projectra have a drink while they talk. Luornu, Tinya and Projectra try to get through to Kara by getting her to see their troubles make them alike in many ways. Tinya doesn't feel like she belongs in anywhere, Luornu cannot go back to Cragg because they have changed too much, and Projectra's world was wiped out. Kara gets upset but she keeps trying to cling to her fantasy.
As flying back to the Legion Headquarters, Cosmic Boy and Lightning Lad talk about their team's current bad reputation, and Cosmic Boy decides throw open the vote for a new team leader to all Legionnaires, including the powerless.
