Synopsis for "The Batman-Superman of Earth-X!"

Jimmy Olsen is transported to another dimension by an invention created by Professor Potter. In this parallel world Jimmy has super powers. He meets Clark Kent's counterpart who invents the identity of Steel-Man for Jimmy to use as a super-hero. Jimmy battles the criminal Luthar League, whose leader resembles the Joker. When Jimmy finally locates him, he learns that it is a disguised Clark Kent. Clark is the secret leader of the Luthar League and is able to steal Jimmy's powers. Clark then tries to make himself king of the world, but Jimmy stops him using Krypton gas. Professor Potter then returns Jimmy to his own dimension.

Synopsis for "Sergeant Olsen ... Toughest Man in the Marines!"

Jimmy Olsen goes undercover as a marine drill instructor to find a spy at a training camp. Jimmy is unusually hard on his men. He works them hard, then frames them, landing his entire squad in the brig. Jimmy finally uncovers the spy working as a mess cook. He then explains the reason for framing his squad. Jimmy uncovered a despoit of Gold Kryptonite on the base. His men were scheduled to dig foxholes in the area and would have discovered it. With the spy loose, Jimmy had to frame his men to keep the Gold Kryptonite a secret. After the spy is captured, the men are released, and the Kryptonite is sealed in lead.
