The boys search high and low, until Short Jimmy finds Superman, who rounds up all the other Jimmy's and takes them back to Jimmy Olsen's home. When Superman probes the trunk with his x-ray vision, he tells the boys that the trunk was empty. The other Jimmy's depart, and Jimmy himself tosses away the trunk in disgust. "Mr. X" really a crook, takes the trunk to a diamond dealer, because the trunk was made out of a special carbon material that would slowly convert into diamond once exposed to Superman's x-ray vision.

Synopsis for "Jimmy Olsen's Super Illusions"
When Jimmy accidentally takes a picture of Clark Kent changing into Superman one night, the Man of Steel has to come up with a way of tricking Jimmy into not believing that Clark Kent is Superman. Using his super-powers to stage a series of "illusions" to trick Jimmy (like making 10 eggs appear when Jimmy is cooking breakfast, turning a house upside-down and other tricks) Superman manages to convince Jimmy that it was all a dream, giving the Man of Steel time to switch the film of Jimmy taking Superman's picture, once more preserving his secret identity.
