Synopsis for "The World's Finest, Part 5 of 6: State of Siege"
President Lex Luthor announces the capture of Superman and Batman. Batman and Superman’s allies come to rescue them, but Luthor has plans in place to capture them. These plans involve Luthor himself attacking and capturing Batman’s allies as Luthor is now possessed of superpowers as a result of his mysterious injections. His plans are successful, and all the allies are captured. Luthor then meets Captain Marvel and Hawkman in the Oval Office. When Luthor is confronted, he dons a new suit of power armor saying that he will take care of Batman and Superman himself.
