  • Waverider comments that he can sense "a web of possible timelines...past and future...Entangling him (Superman) in a tangle of of alternate realities." (sic) What exactly this meant is never explained.
  • This story suggests that Matthew Ryder of the Linear Men died during Zero Hour; in the original story, Ryder was instead transformed into Waverider II,[1] the incarnation of the character seen here.
