Superman & Lois is a superhero drama television series developed by Greg Berlanti and Todd Helbing for The CW. It centers around the eponymous characters moving to Smallville and raising their teenage sons, Jon and Jordan, while also protecting their world from disastrous threats.
The show ran for four seasons between 2021 and 2024, and received positive reviews for its manner of adapting its source material, character writing, and performances, particularly from Tyler Hoechlin and Elizabeth Tulloch in the title roles.
Plot[]
The series follows the hero Superman (real name Clark Kent) and reporter Lois Lane as raise their teenage sons, Jon and Jordan, in Smallville. As Clark tries to balance his lives of being a father and the protector of Earth, Jon and Jordan learn about their Kryptonian heritage and potential powers.
Over the course of the show, Superman and his family face off against several powerful adversaries, including Morgan Edge, Bizarro, Lex Luthor and Intergang.
