Synopsis for "Electric Earthquake"
A Native American mad scientist states that Manhattan belongs to his people and demands that the island be vacated immediately. When the people of the Daily Planet say this is absurd the scientist states perhaps modern science can convince them otherwise. Lois follows him and is taken to his undersea base where he has electrodes wired to explosives set up throughout the island. Superman smashes into the base and brings the scientist to the surface where he is informed that Lois is still in the base. Superman goes after Lois and the scientist sends a bomb down to his base. Superman rescues Lois just as the bomb goes off and captures the scientist.
