Synopsis for "War Games, Part II"

Professor Hamilton runs from Brainiac with the Earth orb, while Livewire escapes from captivity, intent on returning to her villainous ways. However, Lois persuades her to help, and she rescues Superman from the Phantom Zone. Professor Hamilton is forces to destroy the Earth orb, and works with Livewire to disable the nuclear missiles.

Meanwhile, Superman battles Brainiac, who reveals his spaceship, which starts shooting at Superman. Superman defeats Brainiac just as Livewire sacrifices herself to crash the computer commands, restoring power to the country. However, Brainiac has an ace up his sleeve: an intercontinental ballistic missile heading for Metropolis. This forces Superman to redirect the missile into outerspace, which blows up Brainiac and his ship.

Afterward, Livewire is receiving care at S.T.A.R. Labs, while Lex Luthor salvages Brainiac's CPU in order to get his revenge.
