Synopsis for Supergirl: "The Museum of Eternity, Part 6: Finale"
Supergirl, Zor-El and Allura enter the Fortress of Solitude to discover Kandor gone. Kara gets a message from President Carter to investigate the disappearance of the city of Hartdale. Supergirl reasons both disappearances must be linked and takes off.
When she arrives at the site of Hartdale's vanishing, Supergirl comes across a dimensional portal which she can barely enlarge enough to enter, and finds herself in one of the cities stolen by the Curator for his Museum of Eternity. She soon encounters Krypto and then Jimmy Olsen and Lois Lane. Jimmy and Lois warn Supergirl that if she goes through the next portal and enters Kandor, she will lose her powers and a mental block will prevent from her trying to leave. They also alert the Curator intends to destroy Earth. Since Krypto is unaffected by the Preservers' mental block, which only works on humans, he is sent to fetch Superman. Once Krypto is back with his owner, Supergirl is able to pull her cousin through the hole.
With his powers restored, Superman helps her pull the barrier wide enough to admit Nightwing and Flamebird, as well as Jax-Ur, General Zod, and Kru-El. Aware they are running out of time, the group split up to find the Curator. Superman, Supergirl and Krypto find break into the Curator's headquarters and defeat him and Apprentice-Prime before they can devastate Earth.
Once both villains have been captured, Superman is going to restore all cities, but Supergirl points out there are several cities stolen from the Earth's past. Kara suggests to set them down on an uninhabited Earth-like world, far enough apart that it will be years before those civilizations will interact with each other.
Both cousins teleport every city to their assigned spot. Kandor and its inhabitants are returned to the Bottle, and the Phantom Zoners to the Zone. Then Superman and Supergirl destroy the Preservers' machines. Kal and Kara wonder what kind of civilization will develop in their new homeworld before going back to their respective homes.

Notes
- Every story in this issue is part of one large narrative.
- "Doorways in the Sky": This story establishes that golden-age super-hero TNT is now living in Kandor, and that is why Lois Lane is visiting Kandor. Footnotes refer to Super Friends #12 for the explanation, but as firmly stated in Who's Who: The Definitive Directory of the DC Universe #6, the Super Friends (Volume 1) series did not happen on Earth-One. Presumably, events similar to what happened in Super Friends #12 also happened on Earth-One.
