Synopsis for Supergirl: "The Strange Revenge of Lena Luthor!"
Supergirl pays a visit to her friend Lena, who has been released from the hospital after two weeks, but Lena isn't happy to see her. Now she knows she's Lex Luthor's sister, a secret Supergirl and her husband's family have been keeping from her. Kara explains Luthor begged her to keep his secret, and she has brought a tv monitor and arranged a closed-circuit conference so Lex can explain himself. But Lena doesn't want to talk to him and tells Kara to get out again.
After Supergirl leaves, though, the monitor turns on and Lex tries to talk to Lena, but his sister refuses to listen. Lena blames Lex for her recent brain stroke since the accident in her brother's lab which gave her mental powers also caused an aneurysm in the long run. Suddenly a dresser collapses by itself -shortly after a tray carried by her nurse shot itself towards the ceiling-, and Lena begins fearing that she's developing some kind of anger-triggered uncontrollable telekinesis.
After his failed attempt to reach his sister out, Lex meets with his cellmate Sam, who has spent months hearing Luthor talking about his sister Lena and her F.B.I. agent of a husband.
Meanwhile, Kara as Linda Danvers returns to Lena's apartment and checks that Lena has forgotten her secret identity as a result of her surgery; and she seems to have lost her extrasensory perception, too.
Unfortunately Linda can't stay long with Lena because Supergirl has to attend a charity tv event. However a woman posing as a makeup artist mixes Kryptonite dust into her makeup, and as a weakened Kara tries to defend herself, she hits Supergirl with a paralysis ray.
Supergirl faints out and wakes up in an unfamiliar room. A video-screen displays Lex Luthor explaining she will never be able to get out of that chamber because it duplicates Krypton's environment, leaving her powerless. Supergirl wonders when Luthor set that trap up, since he was in prison just that morning.
At that very moment, someone who looks right like Supergirl flies into Lena's apartment. Lena gets angry, and her telekinesis goes out of control and starts choking her visitor before throwing her out of the window.
Meanwhile, the real Supergirl is searching a way out of Luthor's maze-trap despite a fly's distracting buzzing. Then Supergirl realizes that fly would be lying on the floor if that chamber was duplicating Krypton's gravity. Supergirl tests her powers and deduces she wasn't previously hit with a paralysis beam but some sort of hypnotic light. Supergirl breaks the conditioning, finds her kidnappers' control room and unmasks "Luthor".
After demanding some answers, Supergirl flies to Lena's apartment, catches her kidnappers' partners -including the fake Supergirl and Lena's fake nurse-, and reveals what she's learned: Luthor's cellmate Sam was arrested by Lena's husband Jeff Colby. Sam wanted revenge but Jeff was dead, so Sam hired a criminal gang to stage an elaborate con and drive Jeff's widow crazy by making her believe her out-of-control powers had killed her friend.
Lena finally talks to her older by teleconference. Supergirl leaves, thinking maybe Lena and Lex will patch up their differences after all... and hopefully Lena will forgive her, too.

Lana flies off on an enlarged mosquito, and then later attacks Superman with a swarm of giant flying ants. While they fight, a flying craft abducts one of the ants, unnoticed. Superman pretends to be defeated, and Insect Queen and the ants leave. However, in a hidden laboratory, a team of surgeons have transplanted a human brain into the stolen giant ant.
