He tells her that she can ask anything she wants and promises that she'll stay safe before they leave. While traveling, Alice she asks how he flies and he states that it's due to the radiation signature of yellow stars. As she asks what he thrusts against to be able to fly, Clark is unable to explain stating it's complex.
At another planet, Clark meets with the alien who earlier asked him for death. After they hug, Superman tells Alice he was crying as he was he was happy that he saved his life by finding a cure for his illness. He also answers that everyone needs help and he will try. Superman during their travels tells her that he lets Batman win as he's suffered a lot. Clark states that what makes him happy instead is his life and meeting people like her. Later, he tucks her in when she's tired and watches over her till morning. While traveling, they come across the space pirate Sprrlck the Unconquered, who feeds on the energy of his victims. Superman states he'll battle him and isn't scared.
Later while eating with her at a restaurant, Alice asks if he believes in God. He responds that his parents did and he believes in them. When she asks as to what should she believe in, he states that in hope that it's all good. During their further travels he gives Alice even more answers - his favorite Ron is his friend Dick, Mister Terrific is smarter than Batman, Luthor probably hates him as he blames him for making him bald, Wonder Woman is way cooler than she looks, Green Arrow doesn't have anything except arrows as far as he knows and gets into fights with everyone, he won against Flash in the earlier race as he ran faster.
As they near Earth, he states that he's felt fear many times in his life, but the most scary moment in his life was when he asked out a woman he liked. When Alice asks if he told her had been scared about it, he states she already knew. Superman leaves her with people who he states will take good care of her and promises he will come around whenever she needs him. Asking her if she wanted to ask anything more, Alice responds if he really thought there'd be more and he states that she always surprises him She however states that she knows one question that doesn't need answer, which is why did he go so far to rescue her, stating it's because he's Superman.

Synopsis for "Bad Moon Rising"
This story is reprinted from Superman 80-Page Giant 2011 #1.
Conner is chatting to Cassie on the phone (this is before Teen Titans #91) with a boring evening ahead. Martha interrupts the call and urges Conner to do what he's meant to be doing - studying. Conner is finding studying hard, especially with his friends so far away. He snaps at Martha and races off into the night.
Immediately regretting his actions he questions how Clark kept sane living in Kansas. He puts it down to being half Luthor and resolves to get over his issues by apologizing to Martha. As he is about to head back home he spots a dead cow and a teenager seemingly tearing it up.
Confronting the teen he is unfazed when it turns out to be a werewolf. The two battle it out but it's during the fight they both realize they are both venting frustration. As an odd twist the two become friends and Creighton and Conner agree to go out for cooked beef burgers next full moon.
Conner returns home and apologizes to Ma. She smiles and reveals she's not quite as out of touch as he thought. She's raised teenagers before, super powered ones to boot.
Now that he's worked out his emotions it's time to get that homework done!
