Synopsis for "Patience..."

At the LexCorp Tower, Lex receives a package from his secretary, Mrs. Garnett. The package contains a piece of red Kryptonite, which Lex plans to use against Superman. Lex takes the piece to analysis and one of his scientists tells him that while the effects of red Kryptonite are unpredictable, they can modify the fragment to affect Kryptonians of a specific genetic code and soon, they will be able to remove Superman’s powers at will.

First, Lex installs the piece on a robot, thinking that Superman will have to get closer to destroy it, but Superman keeps his distance and destroys it with heat vision. Then, Lex uses the piece on a cybernetic suit of armor to fight Superman from a distance, but Superman tears the armor’s weapons to pieces before Lex can even use them. Finally, Lex decides to fight Superman personally and covers a pair of boxing gloves with red Kryptonite radiation. The radiation takes away Superman’s powers and Lex believes that without his powers, Superman is defenseless, but Superman perseveres and defeats Lex through sheer determination.

Ultimately, Lex loses patience and orders the package to be returned to the warehouse.

Synopsis for "My Best Friend, Superman"

At an elementary school class, a young girl named Ava tells his schoolmates about the time Superman became her best friend. The other schoolmates make fun of her and accuse her of lying, but Ava continues her story: Superman was fighting a giant robot from space while she was out in the library. The robot blasted Superman with an energy beam and Superman fell to the ground, right next to Ava. Superman got back up and Ava tried to make sure he was okay, telling him that she wanted to help. She wanted to be a hero, just like him.

Superman told her that there are many kinds of heroes out in the world, and not all of them have superpowers, and told Ava to make sure everyone was safe while he went out to defeat the robot. With the area evacuated, Superman defeated the monster and gave Ava a piece of the robot as a memento for her act of bravery. Even after finishing her tale, the other kids think Ava is lying and leave for recess.

During recess, Ava draws some pictures of Superman, until one of the other children, Tyler, takes her cape, until Superman arrives at the school. He congratulates Ava for her act of bravery and thanks her for her help the other day. Ashamed of what he did, Tyler returns Ava’s cape to her and apologizes for his previous teasing. Superman then goes on to the play with the children.

Synopsis for "S is for Cyborg"

At a scientific base, the Cyborg Superman unleashes his latest creation, a giant robot dog, to kill everyone present, leaving only a janitor as the sole survivor. Superman arrives at the base and saves the janitor, telling him to get to safety while he goes on to confront the Cyborg, who wants Superman to acknowledge him as his equal, for they both wear a symbol of power. Superman uses his heat vision to heat the magma around the base, triggering a volcanic eruption that causes the base to fall apart.

The Cyborg directs all the base’s remaining energy to be fed directly into his dog. What the Cyborg did not count on, however, is that with the base about to be destroyed, he and his dog will remain trapped. Superman escapes with the janitor, but not before telling the Cyborg that he only fights for himself and for that, he will never live up to the symbol on his chest. With the Cyborg under attack by his own creation, Superman escapes with the janitor, who takes comfort in the fact that he was saved by the real Superman.
