- Though "If Lex Luthor Were Superman's Father!" is not presented as an Imaginary Story (except on the cover) or an alternate universe but an actual event involving time travel, it was revealed many years later, in Absolute Crisis on Infinite Earths (2006), to have happened on Earth-170 instead of Earth-One.
Trivia
- "Superman's Mission for President Kennedy!" was originally planned for Superman #167 but delayed due to Kennedy's assassination.
