Synopsis for "The Replacement!"

While Superman is fighting a menace on an alien world, representatives of that world create a replacement Superman to take care of Metropolis's ills, at which task he excels.

Notes

  • This book was first published on January 9, 1986.
  • The unnamed aliens mentioned that they previously met Superman when he was Superboy and that he saved their "race and planet from a hostile invasion."
  • By combining the X-Isotope and Kryptonite it would've made Metallo stronger by a factor of ten.
  • From criminals and cops to displays and personal defense all guns were destroyed. All diseases were eradicated and all Kryptonite was turned into sandstone. Senior citizens were "power-charged" to defend themselves. Criminals turned themselves and their ill-gotten loot into the police thus, making Metropolis an uthopian city.

Trivia

  • No trivia.
