Synopsis for "Three Supermen from Krypton!"
An apparent meteor strikes Metropolis, causing an earthquake. At the Daily Planet, Clark Kent changes to Superman and repairs every building on the town square in 1/4 of a second.
At the impact site, he discovers the remains of an odd kind of plane and three men who lived through the terrific crash. He tries to talk to them, but they run away at a speed he can only match. They start to fly, but their inexperience allows him to catch one of them. He is U-Ban, and his x-ray vision allows him to see his brothers Kizo and Mala approaching behind a building. They were members of Krypton's ruling council, but they planned use their scientific knowledge to take over the planet. Jor-El discovered their plan to extract all moisture from the air, making it unfit to breathe, and thwarted them. Since Krypton had no death penalty, they were placed in suspended animation in a transparent plastic shell and shot into space. A few years later Krypton exploded, and a fragment struck the container, allowing air into the cylinder and setting them on course to Earth. Superman reveals that he is Jor-El's son, but U-Ban says they will rule all the Earthmen and they have superpowers equal to his.
Alter a sleepless night, Clark Kent finds everyone in his office, and through Metropolis, are standing as stiff as a statue. Switching to Superman, he sees the villains raiding a chemical laboratory to gather the materials they need for project Z-2. His super-hearing detects a low humming sound which he tracks to a hypnotic device 1500 miles away, and he destroys it.
The three challenge Superman to a battle and he accepts on condition they go to off to some isolated place.
They fight for hours to no resolution. Superman is exhausted, as are the others, but he uses ventriloquism to start a fight amongst them. When he has recovered, but they are weaker than ordinary men, he duplicates Jor-El's plastic shell and shoots them into space in suspended animation.
