Lex Luthor, Emil Hamilton, Jimmy Olsen, Cat Grant, Perry White all imagine what they would do with Superman's powers, none of them chose the same path as Kal-El, which left him wondering if he is really unique, as Superman is beginning to question if his impact really achieved what he wanted (being a symbol to others) he stumbles upon a kid who accidentally locked himself out of his house, as Superman asks him what he would do with his powers, the child responds with a vow to protect the innocents like he does, Superman left the kid to his house, happy after being proved wrong.
