Synopsis for "Secret Origins Part 1: The Knight"
Superman finishes battling a robot and puts on his Green Lantern ring and meets Hal Jordan on Oa as part of a mission to fight Sinestro. Events shift to Earth where the JLA is looking for Superman who has gone missing. Hal and Superman fight Sinestro who launches an antimatter missile that will destroy Superman and half the universe. Hal uses Sinestro's ring to contain the blast as nothing in in the main universe can stop the explosion. It then turns out that the events involving Superman is a simulation by Jor-El which is now being used by another alien on Superman.
